Terms & Conditions for Nuud “Pig on the Beach” Competition

Promoter: This competition is organised and administered solely by Nuud Snacks Ltd (“Nuud”). Company number 12450042. Registered address: 10 Redchurch St, Shoreditch, London E2 7DD.
Marks & Spencer plc (“M&S” or "M&S Food"), The Pig Hotel and Instagram are not promoters, sponsors, or administrators of this competition and have no responsibility or liability for the competition. All queries should be directed to Nuud Snacks Ltd.
1. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only.
- Employees of Nuud or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition are excluded from entry.
- Proof of age and residency may be required.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow Nuud on Instagram (@nuudgum).
- Purchase at least one pack of Nuud Gum from a participating M&S Food store (see below for full list of stockists).
- Send a direct message to @nuudgum on Instagram with a clear photo of the M&S receipt showing the Nuud purchase.
*Each pack of Nuud purchased = one entry. Multiple entries allowed with proof of purchase.
3. Competition Period
Opens: 23:59 GMT on Monday 20th October 2025.
Closes: 23:59 GMT on Friday 13th March 2026.
*Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
4. Prize
One winner will receive:
- A one-night stay for two adults at The Pig on the Beach Hotel (Located in Studland, Dorset).
- The prize includes accommodation and breakfast only. Travel, transfers, meals (other than breakfast), and personal expenses are not included.
- Prize is subject to hotel availability and must be booked within 6 months of winner notification.
- Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a randomised draw.
- The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date.
- Winner will be notified via Instagram DM and must respond within 5 days of draw completion. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Nuud reserves the right to re-draw and award the prize to another entrant.
6. General Conditions
- Nuud reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Nuud reserves the right to offer the winner a selection of predetermined dates for the hotel stay. The prize must be taken on one of the dates offered.
- Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
- Nuud accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical reasons.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7. Data Protection & Publicity
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Nuud’s Privacy Policy.
- Winner may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition (e.g. social media posts) without additional compensation, but may decline if preferred.
8. Governing Law
This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

10. Store Availability

A list of M&S Food stores currently stocking Nuud is provided for guidance. While we aim to keep this list accurate, availability may vary and we cannot guarantee that every listed store will have stock at all times.

Nuud Gum Ltd is not responsible for any changes in stocking or availability at individual M&S stores.
- Nuud will be available in London Bridge station, Waterloo station, Euston station, Kings Cross station, Birmingham New Street and Paddington station M&S Stores from the 5th November.
