• Standard delivery is free for subscriptions
  
• A delivery charge may apply to one-off purchases 

Delivery timings 

• Delivery within the UK should reach you within 2-4 working days
• Occasionally orders do get stuck or lost in the post - please get in contact with us if you haven't received your order within 7 days

Delivery locations 

• We only ship to the UK right now

Your personal information 

• We only ever provide information essential to ensuring delivery of your order or fulfilling other important services for you. This may include providing contact information to the relevant courier to ensure the delivery of your order.

New subscribers

• When you purchase a subscription you're agreeing to receive repeat deliveries
• The amount we send you is based on your selected frequency 
• You'll be charged for each order at the frequency you selected when you signed up

Updating your subscription

• Want more gum? You can edit your subscription, your delivery address, and your payment method by accessing your customer account
• If you haven't created a customer account with a password yet, you’ll need to create one before you are able to access, edit or cancel your subscription
• We can’t cancel your latest subscription pack once it’s in the process of being sent out to you
• If you receive an order you no longer want, you can send it back. Please review the terms outlined in our returns and refunds policy
• We love all flavours equally, so we know it’s hard to choose a favourite! Want to change your flavour? You can do this within your account. 

Offers 

• From time to time we may present special offers to new and/or existing customers
• Where we make such offers, introductory offers are only available to new subscribers 
• Existing subscribers do not qualify for an additional offer, unless explicitly stated
• “Users who have previously registered” refers to any combination of: a user with a user account at nuudgum.com, a credit or debit card, a credit or debit card holder, a delivery address, a cardholder address, or a household, who has previously made use of the nuudgum.com subscription service
• At our sole discretion, we may restrict who may enter into offers for any reason
• Unless explicitly stated, all offers are limited to one per household
• We may cancel any special offer, introductory offer or discount at any time without notice or explanation - these things happen 
• Promotional discounts and offers are available for limited time periods only.
