New subscribers

  • When you purchase a subscription you're agreeing to receive repeat deliveries
  • The amount we send you is based on your selected frequency 
  • You'll be charged for each order at the frequency you selected when you signed up

Updating your subscription

  • Want more gum? You can edit your subscription, your delivery address, and your payment method by accessing your customer account
  • If you haven't created a customer account with a password yet, you’ll need to create one before you are able to access, edit or cancel your subscription
  • We can’t cancel your latest subscription pack once it’s in the process of being sent out to you
  • If you receive an order you no longer want, you can send it back. Please review the terms outlined in our returns and refunds policy
  • We love all flavours equally, so we know it’s hard to choose a favourite! Want to change your flavour? You can do this within your account. 


  • From time to time we may present special offers to new and/or existing customers
  • Where we make such offers, introductory offers are only available to new subscribers 
  • Existing subscribers do not qualify for an additional offer, unless explicitly stated
  • “Users who have previously registered” refers to any combination of: a user with a user account at, a credit or debit card, a credit or debit card holder, a delivery address, a cardholder address, or a household, who has previously made use of the subscription service
