We do everything we can to make sure your gum arrives safely for you to enjoy. If it arrives damaged or you need to return it for any other reason please read all the details below. 

Damages and issues 

  • Please review your order when you receive it
  • Contact us immediately if any of the items within your order are defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item
  • We’ll review and replace it for your or refund the cost along with postage


  • If you'd like to return your order for another reason please get in touch within 14 days
  • We’ll provide instructions on how to return your order if it's within the return period
  • Please note you’ll have to pay the cost of postage for returning your order


  • To be eligible for a refund, the items within the order must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging
  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and reviewed, and let you know if the refund is approved
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any shipping fees originally charged
  • Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund 
  • We’re unable to refund any customs fees
